Michael Hartmann is the founder of Freedom To Soar, LLC, a coaching-consulting organization that helps clients get clarity on what is essential and make their highest possible contribution towards that. For over ten years he has coached individuals at all levels, including senior executives to successful outcomes.

Michael Hartmann’s 25+ year career has included various line and management positions in engineering, business development, consulting/services, and adult education. He has worked in various industries, on 2 continents, and in companies ranging in size from 7 employees to over 400,000 employees.   An experienced author and facilitator of various workshops, he consistently receives great reviews.

Michael earned a Master of Science degree from the University of Notre Dame. He completed his coaches training and certification from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and received his Professional Co-Active Coach certification (CPCC) from CTI as well as the Professional Certified Coach designation (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF). He has experience working with a number of assessment tools including the Leadership Circle Profile™, the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect and 360, DiSC and the Strengthsfinder.
