Freedom To Soar, LLC, founder Michael Hartmann is committed to helping people live purposeful and authentic lives. For over ten years he has coached individuals at all levels, including senior executives, to successful outcomes.

Michael Hartmann’s 25+ year career has included various line and management positions in engineering, business development, consulting/services, and adult education. He has worked in companies ranging in size from 7 employees to over 400,000 employees.   An experienced author and facilitator of various workshops, he consistently receives great reviews.

Michael earned a Master of Science degree from the University of Notre Dame. He completed his training and certification at the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and received his Professional Co-Active Coach certification (CPCC) from CTI as well as the Professional Certified Coach designation (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF).

 

He has experience working with leading assessment tools including the Leadership Circle Profile™, the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect, Disc 360, and the Strengthsfinder.
