Leadership Coaching is for any professional seeking a one-on-one partnership to gain clarity on next steps for his/her leadership development. At Freedom To Soar we recommend that you begin with a Leadership Coaching Jumpstart package. We offer a foundational package that can be applied to most Leadership situations, as well as packages geared to Agile Leadership and DevOps Leadership.

Two valuable tools we offer are the Leadership Circle Profile™ and the Collective Leadership Assessment™. The Profile provides in-depth feedback for individual leadership development and the Collective Assessment builds readiness for change at the group level. The two tools work seamlessly together.
The Leadership Circle Profile
​The Leadership Circle Profile is a trusted 360° feedback instrument, incorporating feedback from colleagues, direct reports, and bosses. It includes detailed results and an interpretation manual.

Built around the Leadership Circle Profile , Leadership Coaching Jumpstart will help you further develop your strengths and create a roadmap for your future.
​Option 1: Initiate
If you have not taken the Leadership Circle Profile, the leadership coaching process starts with the 360° feedback instrument and continues with four one-on-one coaching sessions over the course of 60 - 90 days.
​
Once you have taken the Leadership Circle Profile you will participate in a 90-minute, one-on-one virtual debriefing session. Based on the results of this session, we will schedule three additional 60-minute, one-on-one virtual coaching sessions.
Option 2: Progress Check
If you want to measure your progress a year or more after coaching, you can retake the Leadership Circle Profile and schedule a 90-minute virtual coaching/debriefing session.
