This program helps improve team effectiveness and productivity. Teams will examine how they score on the key components of Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. The associated assessment and facilitated workshop are based on the work of New York Times best-selling author Patrick Lencioni as described in his classic book The Five Dysfunctions of a Team.
